Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, Middle East and Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. We typically have a 5-day (3 - 7 days) processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Following this, your package will be shipped to you between 10 and 25 business days.
However, due to recent COVID-19 pandemic, please note that you may expect longer delivery time for your order while we strive to deliver your package as soon as possible!
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. I am unhappy with my Order, can I place a Refund?
A. In order to protect ourselves as a Merchant, we only offer refunds on items that arrive in a defective state.
You must submit a photo and/or video evidence within reasonable doubt to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to be eligible for a refund. Once evidence is received and verified, we will provide you with a full refund. Items on Sale are not eligible for Refunds, but we can process an exchange for you following the same guidelines as above if it arrives in a defective state.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs but it depends where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.
